From fresh linen and soft lighting to the personal touches that make someone feel at home, every detail reflects your care. Reiki Space Clearing offers a gentle way to bring intention into the spaces where you live, work and welcome others.

I am Theresa Potgieter, a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and the owner of Seii Reiki. I offer Reiki Space Clearing for guesthouses, boutique accommodation, homes and workspaces.

A space that feels welcoming

Clients often tell me how peaceful and welcoming my Reiki studio feels. Hearing this means so much to me, because I put love, care and intention into the space where I welcome them.

That same care is at the heart of my Reiki Space Clearing service. My intention is to invite a sense of warmth, calm and welcome into your property, complementing the thoughtful touches you already provide.

What is Reiki Space Clearing?

Within Reiki practice, space clearing involves offering Reiki to a room or property with the intention of releasing stagnant energy and inviting balance and harmony.

You may have experienced a space that feels peaceful and comfortable, or one that feels unsettled without an obvious reason. Space clearing provides an opportunity to pause, give your surroundings thoughtful attention and set an intention for how you would like the space to feel.

For a guesthouse, this might be a welcoming environment where guests can settle in and enjoy their stay. For a home, it may be an intention of rest, connection or a fresh beginning.

When might you choose a space clearing?

You are welcome to arrange a visit whenever it feels meaningful to you. Some occasions include:

• Preparing your guesthouse for a busy season.

• Moving into a new home or taking over a property.

• Completing renovations or making changes to a space.

• Marking a new chapter after a difficult or busy period.

• Bringing renewed care and intention to your home or workplace.

There does not need to be anything wrong with your space. It can simply be a thoughtful way to prepare for what comes next.

What happens during a visit?

We begin with a conversation about your property, the areas you would like included and your intention for the space.

I then work quietly through the agreed areas, offering Reiki to the space. These may include bedrooms, reception areas, lounges and other shared spaces. I may also use crystals where needed as part of my Reiki practice, discussing any placement with you beforehand.

For guesthouses, access is arranged in advance around room availability, housekeeping and guest arrivals. The visit is planned with respect for your property, your team and your guests’ privacy.

A gentle approach, without smoke or fragrances

My approach does not require burning sage or incense, or using scented products. Reiki Space Clearing can be offered without smoke or fragrances, making it easy to arrange within your home or guest accommodation.

A service tailored to your property

Each space is different. We discuss your needs by phone or email, and I prepare a quotation based on the size of your property and the rooms and shared spaces you would like included. No site visit is needed for a quotation.
