1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund (at our discretion)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Crystals and crystal grids selected by personal preference

  • Items that have been used, handled extensively, or energetically worked with

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital products (eBooks and recorded meditations)

4. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within a few working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible

6. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
